Balanced Body Holistics strives to create a one-of-a-kind experience tailored to your unique needs. Listed below are the most common types of massages requested by our clients. We also offer reflexology, myofascial release, and sports massage. Any of these services can be incorporated or added to an existing service - just speak to your therapist prior to treatment. ALL of our massages are Integrative Massages, meaning the therapist will often use multiple modalities in one session based on your goals. There are no cookie-cutter services here.
This type of massage utilizes long gliding strokes to relax the body & mind - a perfect way to unwind. Pressure varies based on client's preference.
Great for active individuals or those suffering from chronic pain. Deep, slow movements and holding techniques are used to allow the muscles & fascia to lengthen and release.
Stretch & Compress
Various stretching techniques are incorporated into this therapeutic-style massage, helping to increase range of motion, relieve stiffness and pain.
For expectant Mother's in their 2nd or 3rd trimester: Prenatal massage has been found to enhance muscular function, improve circulation, and relieve mental & physical fatigue.
For new Mothers: Postpartum massage has been found to aid hormone regulation, reduced swelling, promote quality sleep and improve breastfeeding.
