Balanced Body Holistics strives to create a one-of-a-kind experience tailored to your unique needs. Listed below are the most common types of massages requested by our clients. We also offer myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and sports massage. Any of these techniques can be incorporated or added to an existing service - just speak to your therapist prior to treatment. There are no cookie-cutter massages here!

Integrative Massage Therapy

This type of massage draws from multiple modalities to address your unique needs and goals. Whether you want to relax, focus on an areas of pain or tension, work on range of motion,

Cupping with Massage Therapy

Cupping uses suction and decompression to reach deep muscles and connective tissue. The release promotes blood flow to the compromised area, enhances circulation and is thought to help to increase the body’s own healing processes. During a session, cups will be applied to one or two focal points and massage will be incorporated throughout the treatment.

Muscle Scraping w/ Massage Therapy

Muscle scraping is a natural, alternative therapy that involves scraping your skin with a massage tool to improve your circulation & release stagnation within the muscles & joints. This technique may offer a unique approach to better health - addressing issues like chronic pain and range of motion. It is incorporated into the Massage Therapy session and will focus on one or two areas.

Pre/Postnatal​

For expectant Mother's in their 2nd or 3rd trimester: Prenatal massage has been found to enhance muscular function, improve circulation,  and relieve mental & physical fatigue.
