Our specialized approach to exercise combines the mind-body awareness of yoga with strength training techniques. This method helps to create positive feelings toward exercise while producing results in a safe and effective manner.

All Personal Training sessions are offered 3 in options: Virtual, Mobile (your home or office), or at the gym - Jersey Shore Fitness Shop located in Bradley Beach, NJ.

Intro Session

This 60-minute introductory session is your first step. It is a chance for us to get to know you and your goals. This time includes a brief consultation followed by a workout.

Single Session

Single sessions may be purchased after completing the Introductory session. This option works well for experienced exercisers who are looking to change up their workout routine.
